OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS.
Title to all products ordered by you and risk of loss to such products will transfer to you at the time CIRQ delivers the products to the applicable shipping carrier. However, if we have not received payment in full for the products prior to their delivery, then the products will remain as our property until the time as payment is received in full. We reserve the rights (subject to applicable law) to terminate your right to use the products if payment is not made on time, or if the payment card company declines payment or requires us to return any payment made for the products, for any reason.

UPDATES TO EBIKE PARTS.
We reserve the right to change any component or part of our products, or to change manufacturers of component parts without notice to you. Such changes, as well as any modification to the manufacture of our bikes, shall not constitute grounds for returning the product.

BATTERY AND RANGE.
Please note that there are many factors that affect the actual range of an ebike battery, such as speed, payload, battery health, temperature, and terrain. Any representation we make regarding the range for a particular ebike based on a full charge of its battery is an estimate, not a guarantee of such performance.

ALTERATIONS VOID WARRANTY.
Any alterations, modifications, or other changes made by you to an ebike which affect the safety, operation, or mechanics of the ebike shall void any applicable product warranty and shall be at your own risk of harm.

FINANCING.
For qualified purchasers, ebikes may be financed through our consumer financing partners. The necessary qualifications for financing a purchase, and your rights and obligations associated with such purchase, are solely determined by the financing partner. It is your responsibility to review and understand all terms and conditions associated with financing an ebike purchase, and you are acknowledged that CIRQ is not responsible for any such financing.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Riding any kind of bicycle comes with inherent risks and dangers that cannot be predicted or avoided. These dangers could result in a serious accident, injury, or death of the rider. It is the sole responsibility of the rider to become properly educated and prepared to ride safely. Once in possession of the bike, CIRQ recommends that all customers have a certified and reputable bicycle mechanic complete a full inspection of each component on the bicycle to ensure it is safe for operation. CIRQ makes no claims or guarantees that the brakes, battery, frame, motor, motor controller, display, electrical cables, electrical cable housings, fasteners, grips, fork, stem, shifters, headset, seat post, seat post clamp, handlebar stem clamp, saddle, wheel hubs, handlebars, spokes, rims, tires, tubes, derailleur, freewheel, cassette, throttle, kickstand, lights, reflectors, hardware, bottom bracket, or any other part or accessory, will be properly secured and adjusted upon arrival. Before every ride fully inspects your bicycle to ensure everything is secured and adjusted properly.

Under no circumstances is CIRQ responsible for any damage resulting from damaged, defective, or improperly secured parts. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to personal property, personal injury, or death.
