Very Impressed. Great customer service.

I am pleased with the quality and performance of the CirQ Y1 Premier. The customer service has been exceptional. I ride the bike in the mountains and find it to be a strong hill climber with plenty of speed and a very comfortable and stable feel. I own several ebikes and the CirQ is becoming a favorite.

Pretty pleased.

So far so good. Have had the bike about two weeks. Looks good, very powerful and fast. Pretty comfortable. Overall, pretty pleased. I liked it enough that I bought my wife one as well and saved an extra $200. I feel like this is as good of a deal as you can find for all the bikes now in the market. One star removed for a couple of reasons: 1) the pedal assist isn’t as nuanced as my Specialized Turbo (and it’s 9 years old) but I’m 46 now so what the heck, power away, 2) where as the bike is good looking and has good components there do seem to be a few pieces that are not as quality as I’d like. But again, very good value and I’m very pleased, actually.
Lastly, customer service has been great on phone, in chat, via email. Shout out to Ramon at the CA store.
